TRUUUE Landlord makes it easy to find your ideal tenant quickly and securely. As a landlord, you’ll be matched with TRUUUE-verified tenants that meet your specified criteria. Reach out directly to your top picks of potential renters with TRUchat – our in-app chat system – with questions and/or to schedule a property viewing. And when you do find your TRUUUE match, we’ll get you the help you need to complete all the necessary paperwork. With this app in hand, the whole rental process for both landlord and tenant is simple, smooth, and worry-free.
You’ll be in control of the whole process (with our help, every step of the way), which means there are NO agent fees. In fact, the only fee you’ll need to pay is a nominal platform fee– and that’s after you’ve successfully booked your ideal tenant, not a moment before (and while we are in our pilot phase, this nominal fee is only $99 for whole units – so don’t miss out).
Our service doesn’t end when you and your tenant have signed on the dotted line. TRUUUE Concierge – currently available during office hours and on weekends – can assist your tenant in locating a nearby plumber, locksmith, or any other services they may be in urgent need of. We help your tenants so that you don’t have to.
